Who we are
EmberSec Limited is a New Zealand company. You can reach us at jonathan@embersec.nz.
What this site collects
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, email address and message. It is sent by email to Jonathan through Resend, an email delivery service, and passes through an email forwarding service on its way to his mailbox.
The site has no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts load from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address and browser details when a page loads. The site is hosted on Vercel, which logs standard request data such as IP address and browser type for operation and security.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry and to keep a record of the conversation. We don't sell your information or use it for marketing.
How long we keep it
Emails are kept for as long as they are needed for the enquiry or as a business record. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your rights
Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it. Email us and we'll respond.
